1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Bocas Eventos mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bocas Eventos is an event discovery platform for Bocas del Toro, Panama. The App allows users to browse events, view business information, save favorites, and interact with local event listings.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Creator Content

Event creators and business owners ("Creators") are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their posted content. Bocas Eventos does not endorse or verify the accuracy of event listings. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event information
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the App
  • Impersonate any person or entity

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any content at our discretion. Users can report content they believe violates these terms. We will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or account suspension.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any event listings or business information displayed in the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bocas Eventos LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages from attending events listed on the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be filed in the courts of the State of Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

1. Aceptación de los Términos

Al descargar, instalar o usar la aplicación móvil Bocas Eventos ("la Aplicación"), usted acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos de Servicio. Si no está de acuerdo con estos términos, no utilice la Aplicación.

2. Descripción del Servicio

Bocas Eventos es una plataforma de descubrimiento de eventos para Bocas del Toro, Panamá. La Aplicación permite a los usuarios explorar eventos, ver información de negocios, guardar favoritos e interactuar con listados de eventos locales.

3. Cuentas de Usuario

Debe crear una cuenta para usar la mayoría de las funciones de la Aplicación. Usted es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales y de todas las actividades bajo su cuenta.

4. Contenido de Creadores

Los creadores de eventos y propietarios de negocios ("Creadores") son responsables de la precisión y legalidad del contenido que publican. Bocas Eventos no respalda ni verifica la precisión de los listados de eventos. Nos reservamos el derecho de eliminar cualquier contenido que viole estos términos.

5. Conducta Prohibida

Usted se compromete a no:

  • Publicar información falsa, engañosa o fraudulenta sobre eventos
  • Usar la Aplicación para cualquier propósito ilegal o no autorizado
  • Acosar, abusar o dañar a otros usuarios
  • Intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a la Aplicación o sus sistemas
  • Usar sistemas automatizados para recopilar datos de la Aplicación
  • Suplantar la identidad de cualquier persona o entidad

6. Moderación de Contenido

Nos reservamos el derecho de revisar, modificar o eliminar cualquier contenido a nuestra discreción. Los usuarios pueden reportar contenido que crean que viola estos términos.

7. Exención de Garantías

La Aplicación se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad" sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos la precisión, integridad o confiabilidad de los listados de eventos o la información de negocios mostrada en la Aplicación.

8. Limitación de Responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Bocas Eventos LLC no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuente o punitivo que surja del uso de la Aplicación.

9. Ley Aplicable

Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes del Estado de Texas, Estados Unidos de América, sin tener en cuenta sus disposiciones sobre conflictos de leyes. Cualquier acción legal que surja de estos términos se presentará en los tribunales del Estado de Texas.

10. Cambios a los Términos

Podemos actualizar estos Términos periódicamente. Le notificaremos de cambios significativos a través de la Aplicación. El uso continuado después de los cambios constituye la aceptación de los nuevos términos.
